Kids Program

Through our children learning the martial art of jiu jitsu the purpose is to go way beyond the mat from young age. Teaching kids discipline and respect as well as building self-confidence to be able to defend their selves from bullies and in general. Also opening the opportunity to compete in sport as well as building lifelong friendships with others.

Self-Defense & Fundamentals

Self-defense is a set of awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive violent attacks. A good self-defense program provides psychological awareness and verbal skills, not just physical training.

Jiu Jitsu, the gentle art that emphasizes group fighting, using leverage and learnt techniques to be able to defend or submit a larger and stronger opponent or person. Brazilian jiu jitsu is practiced for self-defense, sport and hobby.

Advanced & Competition Training

The Advanced Program gives students the opportunity to take their game to the next level through an in-depth exploration of more advanced jiu jitsu techniques and instruction. Students will also receive an extensive education into modern jiu jitsu practice, as well as less common situations that may arise during a match
